St-Germain Cup

A French twist to the classic Pimm's cup, delicious and perfect for brunch so you can enjoy the rest of your day.

The ingredients

The Method

  1. Muddle one strawberry in a shaker tin
  2. Add all ingredients except ginger ale to the shaker tin and vigorously shake
  3. Strain into a Collins glass with ice
  4. Top off with ginger ale and double garnish with both a cucumber and strawberry wheel
