Regal Spritz

This tiki spritz relies on the body of St-Germain and Galliano to carry the drink’s sweet and floral base notes. Orange juice, blanc vermouth, and soda water lighten things up a bit, while spicy Angostura and mint sprigs bring a welcome mix of aromatics.

The ingredients

The Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the soda water, in a mixing tin
  2. Add ice and shake until chilled
  3. Strain into a large wineglass filled with crushed ice
  4. Top with soda water
  5. Stir to combine
  6. Garnish with Angostura bitters floated on top and mint sprigs
