The brandy and tea are warming while the St-Germain and lemon add brightness, making this perfect for cool weather.

The ingredients

The Method

  1. Combine and mix all ingredients in a punch bowl
  2. Garnish with clove-studded lemon wheels and orange slices
  3. Serve in punch glasses or mugs
  4. *Steep tea as normal. For large batches, use more than one tea bag. Tea should be brewed fairly strong.
