In this spritz, Pasubio, a resinous Italian amaro redolent of blueberry and strawberry, marries with a double dose of the flower—Fever- Tree elderflower tonic and St-Germain— all lengthened and spritzed with champagne.

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a large wineglass filled with cracked and cubed ice
  2. Stir to combine
  3. Garnish with 2 lemon half slices
