This cocktail is a lovely balance of floral—with Cocchi Americano and St-Germain— and fresh—with champagne, mint, and orange bitters.
- Combine all the ingredients, except the champagne, in a double rocks glass filled with ice
- Stir to combine and top with champagne
- Garnish with a mint bouquet and a lemon wedge
