1.5 oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz Sparkling Water
2 oz Sparkling Wine

Combine all of the ingredients over ice in a Collins glass. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.

This cocktail can also be made ahead of time for groups and is great for batching.

9 oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur
12 oz Sparkling Water
12 oz Sparkling Wine

Combine all of the ingredients in a carafe and gently stir. Serve over ice. Makes 5-6 serves.

¾ oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 ¼ oz Aged Rum
¼ oz Allspice Dram
2 bags Ginger Tea
½ oz Lemon Juice

Steep tea bags in hot water and remove tea bags. Add the remaining ingredients. Garnish with cinnamon sticks, clove, and a lemon wheel.

Rouge Spritz

Spritz up your spritz with this twist using pomegranate juice and sparkling rose for a bright and berry-forward cocktail.

1 oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Pomegranite Juice
2 oz Sparkling Rosé Wine
2 dashes Orange Bitters

½ oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz D’USSE VSOP Cognac
1 tbsp Fig Preserve
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Half an egg white

Add fig preserve to cocktail shaker and stir in the lemon juice and cognac. Add the rest of your ingredients Shake hard with no ice, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with fennel pollen and a fresh fig half.

St~Germain Poinsettia

Nothing says celebration like dash of St~Germain in Sparkling Wine, with a pomegranate twist.

½ oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur
4 oz Sparkling Wine
1 oz Pomegranate Juice

Add the ingredients to a chilled champagne flute or rocks glass, stir, and garnish with edible dust.

1 oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz Bacardi Coconut Rum
¾ oz Cucumber-mint Juice
¼ oz Lime Juice
Bar spoon Absinthe

Combine all ingredients in a glass and top with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with mint, edible flowers, and nutmeg.

To batch, multiply each ingredient by your number of guests and serve in a large vessel.
