Señorita Spritz
The Señorita Spritz is a genre-bending brunch cocktail crafted from ingredients whose origins span the globe. The result is fruity, fizzy, and food-friendly.
The ingredients
- ¾ oz ST-GERMAIN Elderflower Liqueur
- ¼ oz Muna Syrup
- ¼ oz Strawberry Shrub
- 1 oz Fino Sherry
- ¾ oz BOMBAY SAPPHIRE gin
- 2 oz Cava
- 1 splash Sparkling Water
The Method
- Stir all of the ingredients except the sparkling water in a rock glass with ice
- Top with sparkling water
- Garnish with a strawberry and mint
