San Pancho

Named after the Mexican moniker for San Francisco, the San Pancho swaps the typical gin base for manzanilla sherry to better balance the floral notes of St-Germain.

The Method

  1. Shake all of the ingredients with ice except the soda water
  2. Double strain into a collins glass
  3. Add ice, top with the soda water
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel, strawberry fan, and mint sprig
