
Regal Spritz
This tiki spritz relies on the body of St-Germain and Galliano to carry the drink’s sweet and floral base notes. Orange juice, blanc vermouth, and soda water lighten things up a bit, while spicy Angostura and mint sprigs bring a welcome mix of aromatics.
The ingredients
- 1 ½ oz ST-GERMAIN Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Galiano Vanilla Liqueur
- 1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- 1 oz orange juice
- Top Off With Soda Water
The Method
- Combine all the ingredients, except the soda water, in a mixing tin
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Strain into a large wineglass filled with crushed ice
- Top with soda water
- Stir to combine
- Garnish with Angostura bitters floated on top and mint sprigs
