Qui Oui?
A play on words, “qui oui?” (“yes who?”) Phonetically resembles “kiwi,” the secret ingredient in this apéritif.
The ingredients
- ½ oz ST-GERMAIN Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 ½ oz MARTINI & ROSSI Fiero
- ½ oz Kiwi Syrup
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
- Top Off With Prosecco
The Method
- Shake all of the ingredients, except the prosecco, with ice
- Strain into a wine glass with ice, top with prosecco, and garnish with the kiwi slice
