La Poire Mule
Moscow mules are delightfully fizzy drinks typically made with fiery ginger beer, vodka and fresh lime. This version is made with lemon to bring out the anjou pears used in Grey Goose which accompanies St~Germain's floral and fruity notes perfectly.
The ingredients
- ¾ oz ST-GERMAIN Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz GREY GOOSE La Poire
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 3 ½ oz Ginger Beer
The Method
- Build in a Moscow Mule Tin
- Top with ice (preferably crushed ice)
- Garnish with a lemon wedge
