This fresh and sour cocktail reminds the arrival of spring in the north of France: "Spring is here when the first shoots of pale pink and green rhubarb are plucked and taken to market!".
The ingredients
- ¾ oz ST-GERMAIN Elderflower Liqueur
- 2 dash absinthe
- ¼ oz Rhubarb Cordial
- Top Off With Prosecco
The Method
- Pour all the ingredients, except the prosecco, into a wineglass filled with ice
- Stir to combine
- Top Off With Prosecco
- Garnish with a rhubarb stalk coated with almond dragées powder
