Method: Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne - something nice, Pol Roger perhaps - and garnish with a flamed orange twist.
Variation: In honor of Marie Antoinette, former resident of Versailles, use a coupe instead of flute - the saucer-shaped glass said to have been molded from the young queen's breast. Ooh la la.
