1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
This Privacy Statement sets forth the current privacy practices of Cooper Spirits International, Inc. d/b/a St. Germain, and its affiliates, including Maison 6me Arr. (collectively “CSI”) with regard to the information we collect when you or your computer interact with our websites, including www.stgermain.fr and www.stgermaincollection.com (collectively the “Site”). By accessing the Site you acknowledge and fully understand this Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Website Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Statement, please do not use the Site.

2. People Under Age 21
The Site is intended for adults age 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under the age of 21 on the Site. In the event CSI learns that we have unknowingly collected any personal information from anyone under the age of 21, we will immediately delete the personÕs personal information from our records. If you are not 21 years of age or older you are not authorized to use the Site, please stop any use immediately.

a. Personal User Information
When using the Site, you may be asked to provide various types of personally identifiable information to enhance your experience on the Site and with us.
