St-Germain supports the proliferation of the cocktail and the exchange of ideas amongst the world's top bartenders. In order to support this cause, St-Germain sponsors the Bartender Exchange by aiding in the expenses of travel, room and board for participants.

HOW IT WORKS

Two Bartenders from cities around the world will swap 3 bartending shifts over the course of the same 3-4 day period. Bartenders will have the chance to learn the host bars menu and share tricks of the trade with fellow cocktail comrades.
